pressure =  \frac{force}{area \: per \: meter}

given,

force = 25N

area = 25×10 = 250cm²

250cm² in meter = 0.025m²

by applying the formula,

pressure =  \frac{25}{0.025}

 =  \frac{25 \times 100}{25}

= 100 Pascal

Weight is a type of force

as weight = mass × gravity acceleration
