The blue cube exerts more pressure on the table.

Given - Sides of red and blue cube

Find - Which cube exerts more pressure.

Solution - As per the known fact, pressure, force and area are associated with each other as -

Pressure =  \frac{Force }{Area}

So, as is obvious, the cube with bigger side will have more area and the cube with smaller side will have less area.

Area of one side of red cube = a²

Area of one side of red cube = 3²

Area of one side of red cube = 9 m

Area of one side of blue cube = 2²

Area of one side of blue cube = 4 m

Also, we can see that pressure is inversely proportional to area. So, blue cube with small side will have less area and will exert more pressure.
