Answer: The blue cube.

Explanation:

In case of the red cube,

Area in contact with the tabletop(a1) =3x3=9m²

In case of the blue cube,

Area in contact with the tabletop(a2)=2x2=4m²

Weight of both the cubes are same, i.e., F1=F2=F

Now,

Pressure exerted by red cube(P1) = F/a1 = F/9 ____(i)

Pressure exerted by blue cube(P2) = F/a2 = F/4 _____(ii)

eq. (i)/(ii),

P1/P2=4/9

=> P2= 9/4. P1 = 2.25.P1

Hence, P2>P1
