total number of outcomes = 36 (6*6)
favourable outcomes = 4
probability = 4/36 = 1/9

The red die and blue die are thrown at the same time.

It has 36 possibilities.

(1,1) , (1,2) ................... (1,6)

(2,1) , (2,2) ......................(6,6)

Hence it has 6*6 possibilities=36

Number of favourable outcomes=4:-

(4,5)

(5,4)

(6,3)

(3,6)

Probability=Number of favorable outcomes/Number of possibilities

=4/36

=1/9

Probability=1/9

Hope it helps.
