Answer:

1.The developing region or developed area is classified by how much or how the use of land is done or going to begin .

2.The land is use for agriculture in rural areas is a developing  region because there basic facilities are not provide properly and the population is less so development is slow  .

3.But on the other hand the regions like,where the maximum population is there in developed areas like Mumbai ,the development is faster .Here the land is used for transportation, recreational or residential purposes etc

Based on the availability of land the population of a country it's quality and needs land use types vary.

in Japan for example the percentage of land under forest is more than the percentage of the land under permanent agriculture is very low

As compared to that in India the percentage of land under forest is low while the percentage of land under permanent agriculture is high.
