Answer:

The great fear in France affected a lot of areas and majority of France. It was during the French revolution. It was the period of riots and panic. The terrified peasants had attacked the houses of the manors in self-defence. It was all a rumour, and the rumour varied from one place to another. While the majority of France saw the same unrest and burning of crops and manor houses, some areas were not affected by this madness. One such area that was not affected by the great fear in France was the Alsace. Lorraine and Bordeaux are the two more places which remained unaffected by the massacre.
