Nucleotide sequence in a sister DNA which replicated it replicated will be TACG and also Nucleotide in form of the mRNA polynucleotide which be in AUGC so it become the inform of the sequence of mRNA is same as per the coding of DNA but thymine is replaced by the Uracil in mRNA.
