Now the wire is creating the square in a way that the side of the square is  0.27

Now the square has made an angle with the electric field.

Therefore,

the electric flux = E . A = EA cos θ = 1325 x (0.27 x 0.27) x cos 48°

                         = 64.6 N/C m^2
