A regular pentagon is divided into congruent triangles by drawing a line segment from each vertex to the center. Each triangle has an area of 24 cm2. Explain how to find the area of the pentagon.

After dividing pentagon we get Congruent triangles . It means all the triangles are equall,
so, the area of each triangle would be 24 cm2.
By simply adding the area of all the triangles we can get the area of whole Pentagon.
