Answer:-

Volume of square pyramid is 16m³.

Step by step Explanation:-

Given :-

Height of the square pyramid = 3m

Perimeter of its base = 16m

As the base of the pyramid is square so perimeter of square is 4 x side,

According to Question:-

=> 4x (side) = 16m

=> Side = 16/4

=> Side = 4m

So the base edge is 4m.

Now on putting required values in the formula to find the volume of the square pyramid we get,

=> Volume of pyramid = [a²(h/3)]m³

=> Volume of pyramid = [4²(3/3)]m³

=> Volume of pyramid = [16 x 1]m³

=> Volume of pyramid = 16m³

Therefore :-

Volume of the square pyramid is 16m³.
