I am writing to inform you regarding installation of air conditioners in the office along with replacing the computers in the HR Department.
As you are aware the season is changing and the weather is getting hotter gradually, hence it is really inconvenient for the staff to work in the office. With the number of staff being more presently, there is no suitable ventilation system and the temperature in the office is rising more than normal, making it unbearable for the staff. It not only disturbs the staff but also disturbs their tasks. Hence it is essential that we install air conditioners in the office
In addition to installing air conditioners we also need to replace 3 computers in the HR department. The computers in the HR department has ceased to work properly because of voltage destabilisation. Due to this, the HR department is unable to execute their works properly, especially salary processing, and where there are other needs. Kindly, approve and arrange for the purchase of 3 computers immediately so that the HR department can continue with their work uninterruptedly.
In view of the above, you are requested to approve the purchase of computers and air conditioners for our office at the earliest. Your prompt action in this regard will be valued highly.
