in science fair I saw many chemicals like sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, H2o, and many chemicals you know phenolphthalein is indicator in neutralisation process hence salt solution and glucose solutions are neutral so they no effect on litmus paper but it is not prepare by neutralisation process this is proof all neutral substances are salt I am very lucky to go science fair.
