Answer: - A research can be replicated because it is done by the different researchers and by doing different findings. The research includes many people in a group, and they share their ideas with each other, so it is easy to replicate research.

                 But findings cannot be replicated as they are the records of the research done. Findings are the different things done or observed to do research. There can be many different reasons for it.
