A residential society plans to make two parks for children. The first park is to be made in the

shape of an isosceles triangle with an height of 24m. The second park will be made in the

shape of a rectangle such that its breadth is 20 m more than its length. Its area is to be 9

square metres more than the area of the isosceles triangle park. The base of the triangular park

is to be same as the length of the rectangular park. Find the length and breadth of the

rectangular park. ​
