According to ohm's law :

V=I/R

GIVEN - V= 12 , R= 25

therefore,

          I=V/R

           = 12/25

           = 0.48 A

Now according  To joule's law ,

         H=I2RT

            = 0.48 * O.48 * 25 * 12

            =345.6 J
