according to this problem we are confusing about current but look observely it is not current ,it is thermal effect(heat produced)of wire .so we have to change equation of thermal effect of electric current to electric power

p=v^2/r

we have to find the potential difference of the wire

therefore pr=v^2

v=sqrt(pr)

v=sqrt(6.25×25)

v=12.5v
