Answer:Let x = table with 4 seats

Let y = table with 5 seats

x + y =  total tables = 19

4x + 5y = total seats = 84

4x + 5y = 84

x + y = 19

Multiply the bottom equation by 4

4x + 4y = 76

Subtract this equation from the first one you get

y = 8
