Given
Cp=₹300
MRP=₹400
Profit =30% on cp
So
Sp= cpx(100+profit)/100
=300x130/100 =390
Discount =MRP-SP
=400-90=10
DISCOUNT %= DISCOUNT /MRP X 100
=10/400 X 100 =10/4%=5/2%=2.5%
This is ur ans hope it will help you in case of any doubt comment below

Answer:
CP=300rs
M.P=400rs
Profit = 30% on CP
We have to find SP :
{(100+30)/(100)}×300
(130/100)×300
=390
So 390is SP.
Find Discount:
Discount= MP - SP
=400-390
=10
Find Discount%
Formula= (D/MP)×100%
= (10/400)×100
= 2.5%
THANKU
