Answer:

1. My father asked me if I was coming home with them.

2. The shopkeeper asked her that when did she intend to make the payment. (Note : as 'did' is used, 'intend' will be used, not 'intended' !)

3. She exclaimed desperately whether none of them would help her.

4. Aditi wondered, "Should I take the shortcut route to reach on time?"

5. The boss asked his employee if he didn't know the working hours. (Note : same as earlier , did + know = correct ; did + knew = incorrect )

6. The teacher asked  me, "Can you solve the math problem?"

7. The judge inquired if he had anything to say on behalf of the accused.

8. Impressed by the magician, the king asked, "What can you do me?"
