“A rhombus can be constructed even without knowing the measurements

All quadrilaterals have 10 parts, i.e., 4 sides, 4 angles and 2 diagonals. We need to know at least 5 parts to make a unique quadrilateral.

Rhombus is a quadrilateral, so this also applies on it.
