area of rhombus =
 \frac{1}{2}  \times product \: of \: diagonals
=
 \frac{1}{2}  \times 8 \times 6 \\  = 24
now length of each side square
=sum half of length of diagonals square

 =  \sqrt{ {4}^{2}  +  {3}^{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{25}  \\  = 5
