Since all the sides of the Rhombus are equal so the perimeter of the Rhombus will be
4x33= 132 cm
Now the circumference of the circle is equal to the perimeter of the Rhombus
therefore 2πr=132
therefore r=132÷2π
therefore radius of the Circle will be 21.01 cm
