Draw a line segment AC = 5.2 cm.

Draw XY, the perpendicular bisector of AC.

From XY, cut-off OD = 12(6.4) = 3.2 cm.

Similarly, cut-off OB = 12(6.4)= 3.2 cm.

Join AD, DCCB and BA.
