a rhomus has a perimeter of 68 cm and a diagonal of 30 cm. find the area of the rhombus.
Ans => Perimeter = 4 × side
=> 68/4
=> 17

Consider triangle BOC we have BO= root (BC^2- OC^2) =8cm

=> BD =2BO = 16cm

A= 0.5*BD*AC= 0.5*16*30=240 (cm^2)
