A ribbon of lengTh 18 m is cut into three equal lives. each piece is cut again into three equal pieces.what is the length of each remaining piece.? express in (1) meter and ( 2 ) centimetre.

Length of ribbon - 18m

In three equal halves = 18÷3 = 6 m

Each piece is cut again in 3 equal halves = 6÷3 = 2m

So , answer is 2 m and 200 cm.
