Answer:

Once there was a rich man. He had many servants in his house. One day while he was going out for some work, he found that his purse was missing. He rushed to the judge and complained that he had doubt that one of his servant had stolen it. Then the judge thought for some solution and called all of his servant in his court. When all the servant arrives in the court he distribute a stick to everyone. And informed that whoever has stolen his owner purse, his stick will become 1 inch longer, the next morning. All the honest servant brought the same stick as given the day before, but the servant who has actually stolen thought that if the stick becomes an inch longer then he will be caught. So he decided to make it 1 inch shorter so after becoming longer it would be the same as before. But nothing happened as informed by the judge. The next day when all the sticks were presented the thief's stick was 1 inch shorter. And was easily caught by the judge.
