The equation is s = ut + ½at² where u - initial velocity, a is acceleration and t is time. In this case initial velocity vertically is zero and acceleration is g = 9.81 m/sec², so s = 9.81 x 0.09/2 = 0.441 m So if bullet drop in 0.3 sec is 0.441 m or 44.1 cm, then the aim point must be that much higher.
