A right angle triangle has an area of 91 cm and a perpendicular length of 13 cm . What is the length base ?

Given ,

  • Area of right angled triangle = 91 cm²
  • Height of triangle = 13 cm

We know that , the area of right angled triangle is given by

Area = 1/2 × base × height

Thus ,

91 = 1/2 × base × 13

7 = 1/2 × base

base = 14 cm

\sf \therefore \underline{ The \:  base  \: of \:  triangle  \: is \:  13 \:  cm}
