hypotenuse = 13 CM
 \frac{12 \times 13}{2} = 78 CM sq

By Pythagoras theorem
the 3rd side=√(13^2-12^2)
=5cm
now, area=1/2 ×base ×height
=1/2×12 ×5
=30cm^2
