a right angled triangle has the largest side as 13 cm and one of the sides containing the right angle a 12 cm . find its area in sq.cm. (without using hypotenuse and answer for class 7)

By using Pythagoras theoram

H sq.= B sq. + P sq.

13 sq. = 12 sq. + P sq.

169 - 144= P sq.

25 = P sq.

25= P
