Let x be the length of the equal sides and h be the length of the hypotenuse.

Using Pythagorean Theorem,

h2=x2+x2

50=2x2

25=x2

5m=x

What is the length of a right angle isosceles triangle with the length of a hypotenuse of 50?

SOL::-An isosceles right angled triangle has the two equal angles as 45 deg.

So if the hypotenuse if 50 each of the other two sides are

50 cos 45 or 50 sin 45 = 35.35533906 cm.
