Simplifies to,

b+p=21[Eqn1]  

For a right triangle,

Base^2+Perpendicular^2=Hypotenuse^2  

b^2+p^2=152[Eqn2]  

Substitute Eqn 1 in 2,

(21−p)2+p^2=225  

441+2p^2−42p=225  

Reducing it,

p^2−21p+108=0  

Solving it gives,

Hence,p=12 or 9
