T.S.A of cylinder =  2πrh  + 2πr²

= 2 * 22/7 * 14 * 21  + 2 * 22/7 * 14 * 14

=( 1848 + 1232) cm²

= 3080 cm²

ok

base radius of the cylinder =14 cm
height of the cylinder = 21 cm
Total surface area of the cylinder=2Πr(r+h)
=2 x 22/7 x 14(14+21)
=88 x 35
=3080 cm2
