b) Curved surface area of the cylinder,

c) Ratio of the areas obtained in ( a ) and ( b ).

(ii) Height =r+r=2r

radius =r

 \small \bold{⇒Curved  \: Surface \:  Area=2πrh=2πr(2r)=4πr^2}

(iii) Ratio =  \frac{4\pi  {r}^{2} }{4\pi {r}^{2} }  =  \frac{1}{1}  \: or \: 1 :1
