As the cone is melted and recasted in to a sphere, Volume of the cone and sphere are equal.

Volume of a cone =

1/2πr2 h

Volume of a sphere of radius 'r' =

3/4 πr 3

Hence, volume of sphere = Volume of the cone

Therefore

3/4πr 3 = 1/3 πR 2h

Answer:

Volume of cone = Volume of sphere

Volume of cone = πr²h

= π×5²×20

= 500 π cm³

So, volume of sphere is also 500 π cm³.

= 4/3 π r³ = 500 π

= r³=1500/4

= r³ = 375

= r= ³375

= r = 7.21 cm
