A right triangle ABC with sides 5 cm 12 cm and 13 cm is revolved about the side 12cm find the volume of the solid so obtained

Answer

Solid so obtained is a cone with r=5 & h=12

⇒ Volume = 1/3πr²h

⇒ π/3×25×12 = 100πcm3
