Given sides = 5 cm, 12 cm.

We know (Hypotenuse)^2 = (Smaller side)^2 + (Larger side)^2

= > (Hypotenuse)^2 = (5)^2 + (12)^2

= > (Hypotenuse)^2 = 169

= > Hypotenuse = 13.

So, Hypotenuse = 13cm.

Now,

Given radius r = 5 cm.

Given height h = 12 cm.

We know that volume of the solid = (1/3) πr^2h

= > (1/3) * (22/7) * (5)^2 * 12

= > 314.28 cm^3.

So, the volume of the solid so obtained = 314.28 cm^3.

Hope this helps!
