As you stated in your question that water vapor start condensing at 150 C.
It mean the water vapor is at saturated state inside the tank at 150C.
Saturated vapor pressure at 150 C = 0.4762 MPa or 4.7 atm
Vapor has been cooled from temperature 250 C (state 1) to 150 C (state 2).
As the tank is rigid , vapor should be cooled at constant volume
Assuming vapor in super saturated state in the process, we can apply gas law of constant volume process
(P1/T1) = (P2/T2)
P1 = P2 x T1 / T2
P1 = 0.4762 x (273+250)/ (273+150)
= 0.588777 MPa
Water vapor at 250C has 0.589 MPa pressure in the rigid tank.
