so area=depth*width 

 = 3.5 * 28 = 98 sq. m


flow of water in 10 minutes = area * velocity in minutes * time


98 * 2.4 * 1000(to convert it into metre) / 60 (to convert it into minutes) *10 = 39200 cubic mtr
