Length of the river = 3 km in 1hr or 3000 metres .
Width = 45 m
Height = 2 m
The amount of water flowing = the area of the cuboidal river.
Area of cuboid = length * breadth * height
= 3000 * 45 * 2
= 270000 m^3

Amount of water in litres = 270000 * 1000 (1 m^3 = 1000 litres)
= 270000000 litres
