we have breath i.e, 45m and height i.e, 2m
But we have not length
Now,
rate of flow of water is 3km/h
In one minute distance covered = 3000/60 m = 50 m
Which is also taken as length
Now ,
volume of water that run into sea per minute is
L×B×H
= 50×45×2 = 4500 m³

Anshukumar2: wrong answer is 4500m3
sushant2505: yes
TheAishtonsageAlvie: dear freind sushant u took mistake there redit it and divide now 3000/60 to get 40
TheAishtonsageAlvie: sorry for 50

Hey there

Rate of water flow in a sea = 3 km / hour

= 3000/ 60 m / min

= 50 m / min

Depth (h) of river = 2 m

Width (b) of river = 45 m

Volume of water flow that runs into the sea in 1 min = 50 x 45 x 2 = 4500 m3

Therefore, in 1 minute, 4500 m3 water will fall in the sea.

Hope this helps u !!
