Ans: deep of river =3m

width of river =40m

flowing rate =2.5km/hour

for length of river we use

distance= speed ×time

distance=(2.5m×1000/60)×1min

distance=(250/6)×1min

distance=250/6 meter.

again/

as the shape of the river is cuboidal

volume of river = L×b×h= 250/6× ×40×3

= 250 ×20= 5000m³

hence, the amount of water fall into sea in one minute = 5000m³ ans
