Hello Mate!

What we have?

Depth, width if river and speed of water flowing in it.

Volume if water that flows in river = 1.5 m × 36 m × 3.5 km/h

= 1.5 m × 36 m × 3.5 × 1000 m /h

= 1.5 m × 36 m × 3500 m/h

= 1,89,000 m³/hr

Hence, amount of water flow in 1 hr = 189000 m³

Anount of water flow in 60 mins = 189000 m³

Amount of water flows in 1 min = 189000 m³/60

Amount of water flows in 1 min = 3150 m³

Hence, the amount of water that runs into sea per minute is 3150 m³

Have great future ahead!
