we know that
h = 1.28m and I is 8 m .
So ; h= l*tan Ф
1.2 = 8* tan Ф
Tan Ф = 0.15
Now v= Square root (r g tan Ф)
Putting vales;
V= square root (40*10*0.15) this will result in the velocity . which is
V= 8 m/s
