Answer:

4,752 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

Road roller is a Right Circular Cylinder. The area covered by 1 revolution of road roller is nothing but the curved surface area (c.s.a) of the cylinder.

The c.s.a of cylinder = 2πrh

r= D/2 = 84/2 = 42cm

L = 3m = 300 cm

= 2πrh

= 2 × (22/7) × 42 × 300

= 79200 cm²

So, the roller revolve once, it would cover an area of 79,200  cm². If it revolves 600 times, it would cover

= 600 × 79200

= 47,520,000 cm²

= 4,752 m² (Area of the road)
