F=kq1q2/r---->1

substitute these value in eqn1

4=9*10^9*q*q/2²

4=9*10^9*q2/4

q²= 4*4/9*10^9

=16/9*10^9

q²=1.7*10^-9

q=√1.7*10^-9

q=1.303*10^-3
