in 7 seconds. Find the force of friction due to which the rock has stopped.​

From FBD, 

F=mgsinθ+f

or F=mgxh+f     as(sinθ=xh)

or Fx=mgh+fx

or WF=mgh+Wf      as work done = force × distance.

 150=5×10×2+Wf

or Wf=150−100=50J
