A rock sample which is calcium carbonate was
subjected to chemical analysis and found to
contain 51.3% Ca, 7.7% C, and 41% O by mass.
Is the sample pure or impure?​

Answer:

100 % pure CaCO3 should contain 40 % of Ca ... But it contains 38 % ..therefore ,Percentage purity = 38/40 x 100 = 95 % ..Impurity = 5 %
