As we know force is product of mass and acceleration of an object.

F=ma

In above said case we can alter the equation slightly for given data, ie., F= mass flow rate x velocity.

F= Mv

M=Mass flow rate ( kg/sec), v=velocity (m/sec)

Let's do some calculations

F = (50×0.001)×(500)=25N

So the Thrust force of the rocket is 25N.
