ANSWER:-

s=ut+1/2(at²)
s=4500m
Putting in v²-u²=2as
We will get v=300m/s
a=-10m/s² after the fuel is consumed
So v=u-gt
We get t=30s
Total time for which rocket is ascending=30s+30s=60sec
